Pre-Design Services
Pre-design is one of the most important and exciting phases of an architectural or engineering project. We utilize a variety of presentation tools when assisting our clients including computerized rendering, 3D videos and presentation boards.
Construction Administration
We believe that construction administration is an integral part of ensuring a successful project. Since nearly all design work is performed by our on-staff architects and engineers, the firm is in position to be flexible and generous in facilitating site visits and resolving issues or help in decision making.
Sustainable Design
We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council with the majority of our staff members holding LEED credentials. Sustainability is embedded in the culture of our firm and it can be seen in everything that we do, including our own facility, which was the first building in Northwest Ohio to be LEED Gold Certified.
